1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trustivo's escrow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Trustivo provides blockchain-based escrow services for high-value transactions. We act as a neutral third party, holding funds on the XRP Ledger until contractual conditions are met.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal contract age in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. You must not be on any trade or economic sanctions lists.
4. Escrow Operations
- Creation: Escrows are created via API or the partner dashboard.
- Funding: Buyers deposit funds to specified XRPL addresses.
- Release: Partners authorize release to sellers upon successful transaction completion.
- Expiry: Unclaimed funds are subject to automated refund protocols after the expiry period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trustivo is not liable for blockchain network delays, XRPL downtime, or failures of third-party stablecoin issuers. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
